These caramels taste just like delicious apple pie! We blend warm spices —cardamom, allspice, cinnamon, and crushed vanilla bean — into these award-winning caramels, giving you a slice of caramel apple pie in every bite! This caramel is both a Good Food and SOFI Award winner! These cute bags are great for gift baskets and gift boxes! All our luxurious caramels start as freshly-pressed cider, made from the heirloom apples we grow on our Sonoma County organic farm. We slow-cook our candies to buttery perfection using local butter and cream + freshly ground spices. We dust every caramel with our Pink Pearl apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt to create both a delicious and beautiful treat! Shelf life is 4 months (120 days). All of our beautiful candy is freshly made in-house, in our own manufacturing facility.
