If, for any reason, you or your gift recipients are not completely satisfied with a Napa Sonoma Supply item, simply call or email for a replacement, refund or credit- whichever you prefer. There is a 30 Day return window for any products that you were not satisfied with. We promise to handle your request promptly and courteously. We guarantee it.
You can return your items in store, or keep the items and we will happily work with you to make sure your recipient are satisfied with what they received. There is no fee on your end. You can expect a refund in a few business days.
Substitution Policy:
We make every effort to guarantee total satisfaction. On the very rare occasion that a product is out of stock, be assured that your gift recipient will receive a similar item of equal or greater value.
