How do I know who sent the gift I received?
Please email us the order number that is on the shipping label from the box you received and we'll do our best to find you the sender!
Do gift baskets need to be refridgerated?
No! But if you have received fresh cheese, or fruit please refrigeratorate it promptly.
How can I get free delivery?
Free shipping is only for our customers that are sending a gift to an address in California over $50.

How do I send the same gift to multiple people?
Please place an individual order per recipient. if it is a large order, please download our bulk order form, fill it out and send it to hello@napasonomasupply.com

Please contact our customer service hello@napasonomasupply.com. We're happy to replace and reship any item that has been damaged or incorrect at no additional charge.

How do I place an order?

How do I add a gift message?
Gift message can be added on the product page of the gift you are ordering.
Can I set up a recurring delivery or subscription?
Currently at this time we do not ship subscriptions

Can I view the status of my order online?
If you have logged in, or have created an account you can find your orders here under the person icon in the top right corner of our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently at this time we do not ship internationally.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Napa Sonoma Suplly cannot shop to APO, FPO and PO boxes.
What is the cut-off to reschedule, edit, or cancel an order?
If the order is placed prior to 9am PST we will ship those orders the same day. You must cancel your order or make changes by 9am PST the following day.
How do you ship fresh cheese?
Cheese is shipped with cold packs depending on location of gift during the warm months of July - October
How long does it take to get my order?

What are your shipping rates, and where do you ship to?

What happens if my package gets lost?

You will be charged at the time the order is placed.

What if a wine gift can't be delivered to a specific state?
Our website will not allow you to ship that item, please pick another gift, or find a non alcoholic gift to send!

Who will be delivery my order?
UPS, FedEx or a Local Delivery Service
Why am I being charged for shipping?
Our delivery fees cover all costs associated with the delivery and servicing of your gift.
Delivery
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Unfortunately we cannot, Shipping service deliveries range from 8am to 9pm. If you live in the local Napa Valley area you may request a specific time for delivery.
What if my recipient isn't home at the time of the delivery?
Shipping service can leave it at the door unless it is alcohol that needs a signature. UPS will attempt two more deliveries before the package is sent back.
Can I have a gift delivered to a hospital?
Yes. Please include the Floor number, room number and nurses station attached to the order. You cannot ship to an ICU.
Do you deliver to a gated community?
Yes, please note any special instructions for delivery so we can be sure to access the front door. It helps to include the recipients phone number on your order so we can contact them to help make the delivery go more smoothly.
Do I need to be home when my gift with alcoholic beverages arrives?
Yes, some one 21 years or older needs to sign for a wine gift.
Is there an age requirement to receive my gift with alcoholic beverages?
Yes, recipient needs to be 21 years or older to place and order and receive an order.
Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit card for online orders and walk in cash, check or credit card.
Can I mail in a check?
If it is a business or corporate order that has been pre approved for credit, may mail us a check in advance of their order.
Can I put my corporate account on terms?
Do you take cash payment?
Walk in only for cash payment in our store.
Promotions/ Discounts/ Gift Cards
I received a promotion code. How do I apply it to my order?
You can add the code at checkout in the discount code area
Do you offer senior citizen or military discounts?
The local, senior and military discount applies when you walk in our retail store in Napa. Military code for website coming soon.
Where is my sign-up promo code?
Your email signup code should have been emailed to you at the address you submitted.
How do I sign up for promotions and special offers?
Please fill out the email form at the footer of our website under "let's stay connected"
What types of gift cards do you offer?
Right now we do not carry physical gift cards in store, but we do have e-gift cards online.
Do eGift Cards expire?
Gift cards do not expire.
Can I use more than one discount during checkout?
No, one discount per order. You may be able to apply order and shipping discounts together.
Returns
When will I receive my refund?
When we put through the discount, it should be processed within 24-48 hours.
How do I request a return or replacement?

Donations
Do you donate to organizations?
We do, if it is a Napa or Sonoma company. We work to support local businesses. Anyone outside of the area, unless they are our business partner we do not do gift donations.

No, Due to state regulations Napa Sonoma Supply cannot ship alcohol to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, US Territories, PO Boxes, Canada, or APO/FPO/DPO.

No, unless there is alcohol and someone 21 years or order needs to sign for it.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails, catalogs, or text messages?
You will find an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of your email you can click. For text messages just reply back with "STOP" to stop receiving texts.
How do I sign into my account when I forgot my username or password?

Is pricing online the same as it is found in store?
Yes!
Do you carry the same products in-store vs. online?
No, we like to rotate product in and out of our local store, that we don't have it online.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes!

Can I use my online promo code in-store and visa versa?
No, online promo codes are only available online.
Food Storage & Dietary Information
My order arrived after the expected delivery date. Is it still fresh?
What is the shelf life of your products?
It ranges 4 - 6 months generally. Please check for an expiration date on each product in the gift basket to be sure of freshness.
How should I store the cheese and salami I've received?
Fresh cheese should be put into the fridge as soon as you can. The Salami is okay to leave out, or put in the fridge. Once you slice into it, please wrap it up and keep in the fridge.

What is the deadline to place a business order for the Holidays?

Discounts are given per indivdual order size. shipping in CA? free. outside? we do charge shipping. 10% corporate discont. if you are a local you get 15% off. but you can't get multiple discounts together. ***how we use discounts - lisa to create page for everyone!!

Do you do wedding flowers?
Can I order a flower arrange for the same day?
In most cases we don't carry flowers in the store, we pick up fresh flowers daily for arrangements we create for orders placed online. we need 24 hours notice for any flower orders.

Yes! We love to help our customers curate a custom gift basket. Come to the store, and shop around for the best items to go in your gift. We have gift baskets, crates, totes and boxes.
Do you deliver in Napa same day?
Yes, all same day orders must be placed by 9am PST.
