We try our very best to ship all orders the same day if placed before 12pm PT (3pm ET) Monday-Friday (unless a future ship date has been noted, of course!). Orders placed after 12pm PT, Monday-Friday, weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day. Napa Sonoma Supply does not ship on major holidays or weekends.

If you're visiting or local to Napa Valley and would like to pick up your gift, you can schedule your pick up at our store address: 1580 1st St. Napa, 94559. 

Weather Restrictions
Napa Sonoma Supply is not liable for any damages to goods caused by weather conditions and other “Forces Majeures” during transportation. We assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. “Forces Majeures” include catastrophes such as, but not limited to: plane crashes, unforeseeable delays or accidents, destruction due to domestic and international unrest (i.e. riots, war, public enemies) confiscation, quarantine or natural disaster. The Shipping Team at Napa Sonoma Supply are sure to take great care in ensuring the safe transit of your gifts!

Shipping Alcohol

Due to state regulations Napa Sonoma Supply cannot ship alcohol to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, US Territories, PO Boxes, Canada, or APO/FPO/DPO.

If we cannot ship alcohol to your state, we will automatically substitute your wine or beer with one of our favorite non-alcoholic options. 

Gifts with alcohol cannot be sold or delivered to minors. When ordering these gifts, you will be asked to confirm you and the recipient are 21 years or older.  If the Shipping Provider cannot confirm the recipient’s age is 21 years or older at the time of delivery, your gift will be returned to our headquarters and an additional fee will be required to reship the gift.
