I was surprised when they contacted me and noticed that my order was for a birthday gift. They wanted to be sure it would be delivered on time. My brother received it right on time and loved it.
The gift arrived quickly.
It took forever to get to the person I sent it to. I was told one date at purchase and another date once it shipped.
Your customer service is off the chain, I didn’t fine or missed the location for a shipping address other than my billing address! Your customer service team Kelli called me recognizing my card, and figured it didn’t come to my address! What a blessing you have in her! Thank you Kelli, you saved me from additional shipping!! Thank you for everything, wonderful products as well!!!
