Shipping Rates for Fruit Gift Baskets

Gifts Over $150 & Large Bulk-Orders Shipping Information:

We offer free shipping for bulk orders delivered to a single location within California. For bulk orders outside of California, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. The shipping cost varies depending on the shipping method required, but for estimates, it typically ranges between 15-17% of the order's total cost. Our team is here to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently, no matter the destination. 

Transit Time - Standard Ground Shipments

California: 2 - 3 Business Days

West Coast: 2 - 4 Business Days

East Coast: 5 - 7 Business days

Same Day Shipping Info

We try our very best to ship all orders the same day if placed before 9am PST (12pm EST) Monday-Friday (unless a future ship date has been noted, of course!). Orders placed after 9am PST, Monday-Friday, weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day. Napa Sonoma Supply does not ship on major holidays or weekends.

Weather Restrictions

During the warmer weather months (June 1st - October 1st) we only deliver chocolate and fresh cheese gifts locally, or ship them overnight to preserve freshness and prevent melting. 

Shipping Alcohol

Due to state regulations Napa Sonoma Supply cannot ship alcohol to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, US Territories, PO Boxes, Canada, or APO/FPO/DPO.

If we cannot ship alcohol to your state, we will automatically substitute your wine or beer with one of our favorite non-alcoholic options. 

Gifts with alcohol cannot be sold or delivered to minors. When ordering these gifts, you will be asked to confirm you and the recipient are 21 years or older.  If the Shipping Provider cannot confirm the recipient’s age is 21 years or older at the time of delivery, your gift will be returned to our headquarters and an additional fee will be required to reship the gift.
